In accordance with the latest guidelines, Aryavart International University has established the following refund policy for admissions and migrations:

1. Full and Partial Refund Deadlines
   • Full Refund: A full refund of fees will be provided for all cancellations of admissions/migrations made up to 30th September.
   • Partial Refund: For cancellations made up to 31st October, a refund will be issued with a maximum deduction of Rs. 1,000 as a processing fee.
2. Refund Policy for Admission Schedules Extending Beyond 31st October

   For admissions extending or commencing after 31st October, the provisions of the UGC Notification issued in October 2018 on Refund of Fees and Non-Retention of Original Certificates will apply.
   
   Fee Refund Schedule

   • 100% Refund: 15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission.
   • 90% Refund: Less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission.
   • 80% Refund: Within 15 days after the formally notified last date of admission.
   • 50% Refund: Between 16 to 30 days after the formally notified last date of admission.
   • No Refund: More than 30 days after the formally notified last date of admission.
3. Additional Refund Guidelines
   • Application Deadline: Applications for the refund of Tuition Fee and Transport Fee must be received before the last date for applying for a refund. No applications will be accepted after this deadline.
   • Programme Transfer: If a student is transferred to another programme with a lesser tuition fee, the deduction for the purpose of a tuition fee refund will be calculated based on the fee of the programme to which the student was originally admitted before the transfer.
4. Non-Refundable Fees/Cases
   • Non-Refundable Charges: Fees paid for Prospectus, Application, Processing, Entrance, Late, Programme Transfer, Migration, Uniform, etc., are non-refundable under all circumstances unless specifically prescribed as refundable.
   • Withdrawal After Refund Date: If a student withdraws or leaves after the refund date or mid-programme, they shall have no claim for a refund of fees and other charges already paid.
   • Cancellation Due to Misconduct: If a candidate is found to have concealed or suppressed information or used fraudulent means for admission or obtaining a scholarship, their admission will be canceled without any claim for a refund of fees or other charges already paid.
5. Procedure for Refund
   • Application Process: Applicants must apply for a refund using the prescribed form available at the University campus. Only the original form, duly filled and signed by the candidate and parent/guardian, will be accepted. The form must be submitted in person or received by post/email before the last date of refund. The University will not be liable for any postal delays.
   • Required Documents: Refunds will only be processed after the return of the original ID card, fee receipt, any letter from the University issued for loan applications (if applicable), and any other documents required at the time of refund.
   • Refund Method: Refunds will be made only via an A/c payee cheque, issued in the name of the concerned student or parent as specified in the refund application form. If there is a request to change the payee's name (student/parent) or to reissue the cheque after submission of the refund application, an additional processing fee of ₹500/- will be charged.
   • Currency: All refunds will be made in Indian currency only. No interest will be paid on any amount deposited with the University.
   • Processing Time: It will take 5 to 6 working weeks to process the refund request.
